Despite their valuable expertise in the pharmaceutical field, the pharmacies internal technology had not moved with the times—operating at a standard more reflective of 2015. Each machine was re-imaged with Windows 11 Professional and equipped with the latest Microsoft Office applications. We also performed comprehensive updates across firmware, drivers, and system software to ensure optimal stability and

Given the pharmacy’s heavy reliance on printed documentation, we replaced their ageing inkjet printers with modern HP LaserJet devices. These printers were updated to the latest firmware and integrated with the newly deployed machines using the correct drivers. The new setup significantly improves print speed, reliability, and long-term cost efficiency.
To introduce a secure and scalable modern workplace environment, we onboarded the organization to a Microsoft 365 tenant and enrolled all devices into Microsoft Azure.
